meditation - How Does it Work?
Accurately calibrated sine wave frequency generators were used to generate different frequencies in each ear.
Experimenting through the whole range of theta waves (from 5 - 8 Hz) it was found that a combination of frequencies consistently caused a complete shift in consciousness ( this will help with meditation). As the frequencies drop toward the theta/delta borderline many people feel a distinct benevolent presence near to them.
This process can take 8 - 10 minutes. The next 10 minutes of the program allows you to hear your guides/inner voices or spirits by using a technique called EVP. The white noise you hear is the perfect medium for those voices.
